What You'll Do:
- Work with Operational teams, Product Business Units, Pricing Strategy teams, to support and operationalize the Go-To-Market offers
- Coordinate, review, and assist in delivery of product and process-specific training related to the Enterprise Go-To-Market offers
- Build and maintain approval and process documentation related to Adobe's Enterprise offerings
- Communicate Go-To-Market changes, process changes, and or system changes to global operational and approval teams that would impact deals they support
- Actively participate in projects within Pricing and Revenue Operations and advocate for continuous improvement in the quote-to-cash processes
What You Need to Succeed:
- Outstanding communication skills, able to articulate challenges and help inform decisions to relevant collaborators
- Experience in project management with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to identify and tackle problems and work to drive steps to resolution
- Proven ability to stay productive when under pressure and/or in ambiguous circumstances
- Bachelors in Finance, Business Administration, Operations, or other related areas; and/or industry-specific experience (3-5 years)
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
