How you will contribute to our magical experience?:

As a Business Intelligence Senior Planner, you will play a fundamental role in harnessing the power of data to drive informed decisions within our team. Your expertise in data analytics, statistical analysis and predictive modeling will empower our team to uncover valuable insights, monitor key KPIs, create compelling reports and design visual dashboards.

The Business Intelligence Senior Planner will be responsible for:

• Partnering with key stakeholders such as Commercial Planning, Sales, and Finance teams to systematize their information needs and to provide perspectives and recommendations.
• Teaming up with Business Intelligence team to create analysis with meaningful insights that improve commercial’s performance, identify opportunities, improve conversion, and reduce churn.
• Crafting visually appealing and informative reports and dashboards with the most relevant KPI's. Your work will transform data into easily digestible formats, empowering stakeholders to make data-driven choices.
• Diving deep into our sales and market data to identify emerging trends, patterns, and insights. Your keen analytical skills will shed light on opportunities and challenges, enabling us to make proactive decisions.
• Responding to diverse business questions and running ad-hoc analysis around the main variables using advanced data analysis techniques. Your ability to extract insights and recommend solutions will make you a trusted advisor across the Disney Advertising Sales and Partnership organization.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

• Degree in Marketing, Economy, Statistics, Information Systems, specially for quantitative field interests.
• At least 5 years of previous work experience.
• Preferred Industries: Consulting, Tech, Automotive or Consumer Goods.
• Fluent level of English both oral and written.
• Technical expertise: SQL knowledge, Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint) and data visualization tools.
• Ability to work independently in a fast pace, deadline driven environment.
• Strong communicator with the ability to evaluate and refine stakeholder requests.
• Highly organized and efficient. Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects at a given time.
