This role is responsible for developing and implementing total business solutions across sales, marketing & operations to promote the viewership of Disney content and to widen our content distribution & monetization. You will report to Senior Manager, Partner Solution to maintain close partnership with selective licensed streaming platforms and also laser-focus on movie/feature digital releases & themed campaigns to maximize revenue generation. This role also requires deep collaboration with both internal lines of business and external marketing partners to execute effective and innovative consumer-focused marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop an appropriate sales & marketing strategy
Identify and capitalize on existing and emerging business opportunities evolving through all platforms in markets.
Add value to sales pitch conversations by gauging specific business and branding objectives of clients and unarticulated client needs to explore opportunities for customized brand solutions and integration
Participate in budgetary decisions and will be jointly responsible for growth and revenues
• Effectively manage sales & marketing process with highly customer focus
Working closely with the line manager, the assistant manager need to come up with a go-to-market plan and execute accordingly.
hold significant negotiations and manage relationships with selective licensed streaming platforms.
optimize licensing terms for the Company’s content existing deals, working closely with the Head of Sales, s/he will be directly responsible for renewing deals, signing new deals and delivering deals in the required timelines
Hands-on with end-to-end client servicing, troubleshooting client queries and acting as the single point of contact for all client and agency requirements
• Laser-focus on Feature/ Movie digital releases & themed campaigns
Develop appropriate digital release campaigns with consideration of revenue generation, local relevancy, cross-LOB synergy, cost efficiency and innovation, under supervision of senior manager
Adapt global in-home marketing assets with a perfect balance of brand authenticity and local relevancy
Manage & Coordinate coordination with agencies and vendors on project basis to ensure timely and satisfactory delivery of work

Collaborate closely with internal business units to identify synergy opportunities and effectively engage and add value to our key partners
Accountable for deal execution and documentation by coordinating closely with internal stakeholders
Requirements:
Candidate should:
Minimum 3-5 years related content acquisition or marketing experience in streaming platforms
Demonstrable understanding of the major streaming platforms in China is an advantage
Proven account or project management experience is a plus
Bachelor or Master degree in business administration, marketing, management or related fields in top universities
Passion for Disney content and openness to quickly changing landscape
Strong business and brand sense plus a client-first mindset
Proven ability to multi-task and work on several projects at once with resourcefulness and demonstrable critical thinking skills when working under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Adaptive team player and proven ability to interface with cross-functional teams in a professional and polished manner
Strong communication & presentation skills, both written and oral in English and Mandarin
Strong OFFICE software skills (including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
