Key Responsibilities:

Facilities Management:

• Location’s point of contact for all facilities & Admin requirements
• Supervision of outsourced manpower, Vendor Management, including finalization and execution of rate contract/AMC with cost efficiency.
• Project management and execution for new office space or modifications of existing office space.
• Space management, allocation of seating as per business requirement, work closely with HR function.
• Coordinate with CRE and builders on office space and lease agreements.
• Formation of admin policies & implementation to ensure sustainability in coordination with BU and Central team.
• Partner with Procurement and Finance team on efficient vendor selection for all services related to facilities.
• Keep track on all service contracts and ensure they renewed on time and is cost effective.
• Canteen Management.
• Reporting weekly and monthly on facilities & Admin activities.

Collaboration and coordination:

• Stakeholder management
• Working closely with the departments to achieve a harmonious environment, greater operational efficiency to facilitate effectively.
• Support the Regional team & project team as per the requirement.
• Liaise with the landlord as well as key Govt, authorities, local agencies, and establishments.
• Support/coordinate in all Events and welfare activities.
• Internal customer satisfaction.
• Coordination with the Landlord for any support required
