The Sr.  Technology Change Management Specialist reports into the manager, project management processes to plan and implement training and change management programs across the organization.
The successful candidate will develop a productive partnership with technology product owners, business stakeholders, and technical team members and serve as a consultant to client teams to identify change management and training opportunities. This person will be responsible for creating, designing, and implementing training and change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.


Responsibilities:

•    Development and execution of communications and training materials, such as quick reference guides, frequently asked questions, Web content, presentations, etc.The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping the way our team is perceived by key audiences.
•    Develop and implement communications strategies and plans to support implementations and facilitate the organizational transition associated with the adoption of solutions.
•    Drive process awareness by being involved in all stages of the communications process from concept to message development to result oriented evaluation. 
•    Develop an Organizational Change Management strategy to mitigate organizational impacts and foster an environment that is conducive to adoption of new or changed enterprise applications and business processes.
•    Set and communicate a clear change management vision, key actions, performance metrics and results, measuring the success of system, process, and technology implementations.
•    Effectively communicate and enable change to help those affected feel positive about and comfortable with the change to their technology, systems, or delivery methodology.
•    Demonstrate understanding of technology delivery, systems, and methods necessary to develop an integrated change management plan for the technology organization and the communication skills necessary to influence the organization to embrace the proposed changes and ensure sustainability.
•    Analyze and assess training and development needs for the technology organization.
•    Develop training materials and provide training specific to organizational change in relation to business process and/or system changes.
•    Collaborate with SMEs, technology product owners, business stakeholders, and team members in the design and development of high-quality training curricula and courses.
•    Evaluate effectiveness of training programs and utilize relevant evaluation data to revise or recommend changes in instructional objectives and methods supporting technology change initiatives (including change management for process, systems, technology, organization).

Basic Qualifications:


•    5+ years in a change management capacity, including working with technology organizations
•    5+ years of experience developing training materials and conducting training classes for a large organization
•    Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
•    A confident communicator and presenter
•    Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally
•    Experience designing a variety of learning solutions (i.e., e-Learning, interactive multimedia, synchronous and asynchronous online training, simulations, informal learning opportunities)
•    Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
•    Demonstrated ability to frequently change priorities in a fast-paced environment
•    Effective time management skills with emphasis on quality and timely completion of tasks
•    Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision
•    Experience working in a mixed methodology environment (Agile / waterfall / hybrid)
•    Experience using JIRA and CA PPM
•    Certification in change management
•    PMP (or equivalent experience)
•    Certified Scrum Master (or equivalent experience)
•    Certified Product Owner (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications:
•    Experience using CA PPM, JIRA, and SAP financial systems
•    Experience with Prosci ADKAR Model a plus


Required Education
•    Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited college/university or equivalent relevant experience.
