As the Parks Retail Strategy intern, you will be part of the development and implementation of retail strategies for Walt Disney World, Disneyland and Disney Signature Experiences.
A Day in the Life…
The Parks Retail Strategy Intern is responsible for developing cross-category product strategies for Walt Disney World, Disneyland and Disney Signature Experiences.
In particular, this intern will:
- Determine cross-category product strategies supporting multiple Disney Franchises, Parks IP, and events.
- Work with cross-functional team members to implement product and marketing strategies.
- Help develop milestone deliverables - identifying quarterly landscapes, marketing priorities and big bet items.
- Maintain a variety of critical business platforms such as product set dates and weekly business reporting.

- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
- Experience in retail
- Experience in marketing
- Experience collecting and analyzing data and reporting on results
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative problem-solving and analytical skills
Required Education
- You’ll be an undergraduate or a recent graduate (within 6 months of your graduation date) pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business, Finance, Retail Management, or other related fields.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months at the time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Professional Internship
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program.
Must possess unrestricted work authorization
