Job Description:

• Contributing to the creative developments and operational duties of Studio department initiatives.
• Assuring the Disney Türkiye website and social media channels are up to date, through constant content updates and spelling checks, regular translations and amendments, and liaising with the social media agency.
• Raising Purchase Order and receipting goods on SAP system for all marketing related invoices. Ensuring the POs are raised and paid on time. Liaising with finance and marketing teams to ensure the marketing budget tallies and is up-to-date with campaign costs.
• Completing and uploading the event forms to the EMEA Events Logging System on time for every event and follow-up with the legal and making sure all the forms are present and signed for the upcoming events.
• Requesting sizzles/story pitches/director cuts and other types of materials for the upcoming event on GSS when necessary.
• Help creating the marketing decks and translate them into Turkish and/or English
• Create detailed post campaign decks of the films for marketing.
• Write marketing meeting agendas and recaps
• Complete outside errands as necessary
• Translating content from Turkish to English and English to Turkish
• Ordering and following up the localization process with the agencies and 3rd parties of all A/V, digital, premiums and printed materials related to studio communication
• Contribute to creation and execution of marketing strategy, including managing the social media pages.
• Participate in campaign specific meetings and discussions. Assist with meeting documents and follow-up notes.
• Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedbacks and competitor analysis – keeping an on-going log of innovative/interesting/competitive activity of the other brands.

Qualifications, Education and Experience

• Must be 4-year undergraduate or graduate
• Can work full-time (5 days a week)
• Excellent level of English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Possess strong presentation, verbal and writing skills
• Has a key interest in the digital world, following the latest trends and developments.
• Genuine passion and interest in media and entertainment business.
• Ability to actively participate in internal administrative and agency meetings
• Ability to work well with other staff, vendors in a collaborative and professional environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Positive can-do attitude
• Capable of working well under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and MacOS
