 Job Summary:

The purpose of Solutions is to design innovative mobility processes and products delivering exceptional mobility experiences to our assignees and stakeholders - for example the policy framework, listening activities, programmatic developmental mobility - to ensure that we have a state-of-the-art mobility program at EY. The Mobility Solutions Assistant (MSA) will work in an agile manner with the Solutions team to support end-to-end processes on a global level through automation and collaboration.

 

Purpose of the Job:

  • Support the design of new process steps and workflows based on MS Office tools such as Power Automate/Power Apps/Power BI/SharePoint to streamline and automate Solutions processes
  • Review relevant Mobility4U mailboxes on a regular basis and handle queries in a timely manner 
  • Preparation and maintenance of snapshots and regular reports from a variety of channels (GMT, Qualtrics)
  • Prepare ad hoc reports based on specific criteria and follow up
  • Preliminary review and analysis of received data
  • Appropriate liaison and escalation with other Solutions team members as appropriate
  • Deal with follow-up questions/queries from within team and externally
  • Manage standard and scheduled communications to assignees and stakeholders (emails, hacks, questionnaires)
  • Upload documents to SharePoint
  • Support the Mobility4U team with candidate communications and management as needed

 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Design workflows using Power Automate/Power Apps
  • Design reporting and dashboards using PowerBI
  • Design SharePoints
  • Work independently to ensure a successful assignee experience
  • Participate in regular and ad hoc meetings with Solutions team
  • Apply ‘one team’ mindset to daily practice and interaction
  • Communicate effectively with team regarding expectation management, capacity, training needs
  • Take on additional responsibilities as the role evolves

 

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge of Power Automate, PowerApps, PowerBI, ability to both apply as well as create workflows, dashboards, and bots
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and analytical skills
  • Ability to create SharePoints
  • Demonstrate a strong customer service mindset. A desire to deliver exceptional service to Solutions, assignees and prospects
  • Strong communications skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels including within the team and externally
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to be agile and to prioritize objectives to manage all aspects of the role
  • Able to work independently and effectively in a fast paced, demanding environment
  • An appropriate level of business acumen
  • Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential and tactful manner
  • Curiosity and motivation to acquire new skills as necessary
  • Fluent in English
  • Flexibility with schedule to support the team in different time zones
  • Ability to work overtime and handle increased workload during peak season
  • Ability to work within a multicultural team
  • Team player

 

Other Requirements:

  • Due to global nature of the role, willingness to work alternative hours will be required
  • Ability and willingness to adjust to new/changing tasks in a flexible manner
  • Willingness to share and document knowledge

 

Job Requirements:

 

Education:

  • Educated to Bachelor’s degree level is required

Experience:

  • 0-4 years relevant experience is required
  • International experience either during studies or work related (preferred, not required)

 

Certification Requirements:

  • Professional certifications and/or masters studies in a related discipline is preferred, not required
  • Active membership to related professional bodies or industry groups is preferred, not required
