Job Description:

• Develop and maintain procurement reports and sourcing database; initiate changes and upgrade to improve report quality and production efficiency for addressing local and segment information needs as well as to accommodate any change on business requirement. Explore and apply the latest tools for procurement analytics and application onto spending reports, data validation and tracking.

• Compile data and analytical result into presentation deck for management reporting.

• Provide knowledge and functional support to buying community on procurement process and policy to enhance compliance. Identify solution to address stakeholders’ business needs and improve their understanding on policy requirements.

• Assist on the preparation of scheduled or ad hoc procurement audits.

• Resolve user issue on using sourcing systems and eBuying tools for both internal users and external vendors.

• Manage minor sourcing projects under the supervision of Sourcing Specialist or Manager.

• Support the sourcing team on general administration and ad hoc assignments.

Job requirements

• Bachelor degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Purchasing and Supply or other business related discipline

• 3 years of relevant support or procurement experience in MNC firms

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access. Knowledge in Tableau and Power BI is preferred

• Experience with SAP, Coupa or other ERP is preferred

• Strong communication, process management and analytical skills to interact with stakeholders and vendors

• Fluent in both English and Cantonese, Putonghua is a plus
