Job Description

The newly developed NAS Marketing team helps customers discover and engage with new, popular and relevant products across categories. We do this by combining technology, science, innovation, marketing and creativity to build new customer-facing features and experiences alongside cutting edge tools for marketers. We are looking for creative, customer-obsessed, curious and highly entrepreneurial marketers to join our new and exciting team.

The Integrated Marketing Communications, Manager will be responsible for driving a best-in-class customer experience, helping to drive sales and innovation across all in-store and off-store marketing channels.

This role will have end-to-end ownership of the content, marketing and merchandising calendar from ideation to partnering with product, channel and event owners on execution.

The role will require you to bring your proven creative, analytical, and strategic capabilities to imagine, develop, plan, implement, and optimize compelling campaigns that deliver results.

The role will require you to think strategically and execute flawlessly. You understand data workflows, customer segmentation, automation and personalization, ecomm and consumer marketing, and testing best practices.

The role will require you to earn trust with key stakeholders across multiple teams and are excited to test and learn in a data-driven environment.

This role will work autonomously yet enjoy collaboration, handle multiple large-scale initiatives, and deliver results that raise the bar.

Key job responsibilities
• Lead the strategic and execution vision for marketing communications across channels and development and maintenance of marketing and merchandising calendar
• Responsible for overseeing organizations experimentation roadmap
• Ensures that all marketing activities are aligned with the overaching marketing goals and strategies
• Leads the team to brainstorm new marketing ideas for execution across owned and operated channels and digital and social media
• Leverages industry best practices, competitive retail activities cultural moments and trends to define marketing and merchandising calendar
• Liaise with multiple stakeholders (e.g. category marketing teams, events, channel owners, etc) involved in cross-functional projects
• Track performance of campaigns to provide data-backed insights to optimize campaigns and find new opportunity areas
• Keeps current on trends and news in fashion, beauty, tech/digital/social, retail

Basic Qualifications:

- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience managing teams
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience in a marketing focused role including customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation reporting, customer funnel analysis, and top-line sales performance
- Prior experience leading integrated marketing communication planning at a media agency or in an internal communications team

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in e-commerce, digital products or entertainment industries

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $125,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $233,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
