Your Role and Responsibilities
As Talent Acquisition Trainee you will have the opportunity to learn what it means to attract and hire talented people into our organisation. You will have the chance to experience an international company, modern recruitment tools and also cooperate with HR colleauges on people related projects.
This position is for our external client, meaning you will be part of IBM and the external client as well. This will even more boost your learning.
TA Trainee program (part-time) is designed for 6 months with optional prolongation
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition team in recruiting and staffing activities related to the attraction, selection, hiring and on-boarding of talent Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions
- Source, identify and communicate with candidates with the aim to hire
- Provide clerical and administrative support to TA team
- Coordinate TA projects including branding activities

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Enthusiams for Talent acquisition. Previous experience in Talent Acquisition is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational & communications skills
- English language is required, other languages preferred (German, French, Spanish, other EU)
- MS office knowledge+ other tools (Trello, Mural, Slack, …)
