Your Role and Responsibilities
This is a position with IBM Japan Staff Operations Corporation (ISOC).
As a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) for HR-related administrative work, you will perform work in a system environment for a major manufacturing client according to procedure manuals.

• Responding to inquiries from client employees via e-mail, etc.
• Developing FAQs and deploying information to reduce the number of inquiries.
• Leading the overall project, developing, and maintaining members' skills, resolving problems, and preventing recurrence.
• Distribute members' workloads and improve work efficiency.
