As a member of our Recruitment Team, you will be joining a highly collaborative team of recruiters located in London, United Kingdom and Celebration, Florida.

You will have direct line of business responsibility to source and select qualified Officers and Crew for the shipboard Marine and Technical operations.  This will consist of recruiting Navigation Officers, Marine Engineers and working closely with our Procurement Allies to source Ratings and Crew positions.

This is a full-time (salaried) position based 4 days a week in our Hammersmith office, and 1 day working from home.

Your Responsibilities – How You Will Make a Difference

• Partner with Recruiting Manager, to develop search strategies by facilitating passive and active talent pipelining for officers through creative sourcing strategies, interactive marketing plans and networking opportunities
• Manage day to day recruitment needs based on labour forecasts and diversity strategies supporting the shipboard Marine and Technical Operations.
• Project manage business growth and day to day recruitment needs as well as needs through the development and execution of full life cycle recruitment strategies while ensuring the candidate and client experiences are met with exceptional service delivery  
• Identify hiring needs and partner closely with operations, marketing and analytics to develop effective strategies that build diverse talent pipelines to meet business needs and prepare for future growth
• Lead international recruitment trips in country and virtually 
• Collaborate with Marine and Technical hiring leaders to develop a strong understanding of the department, business strategy and talent profiles to deliver on hiring needs
• Foster and build relationships with key partners within Operations, Talent Acquisition Marketing, Analytics, Labour/Scheduling and Human Resources
• Develop and cultivate relationships with Procurement Allies (hiring agents) from around the world so that DCL is always top of mind when excellent Deck and Engineering candidates contact their offices

Basic Qualifications – What You Will Bring

• Full life-cycle recruiting and developing and executing comprehensive sourcing/recruitment plans
• Experience driving international recruitment
• Ability to develop & articulate recruitment strategies and engage and influence key leaders and partners
• Ability to assess experience and qualifications in Marine & Technical candidates that will positively impact the shipboard operation and guest experience
• Ability to work under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient
• Excellent project management, presentation and influencing skills
• A spirit of adventure!  Willingness to pack your bags as international travel is required
