Job Description

Are you a skilled leader with a passion for scaling and optimizing programs once they have achieved stability? We are seeking a highly motivated Manager to lead the Program Scaling and Optimization team within AMXL Worldwide Programs . In this role, you will take ownership of matured programs, drive their expansion, and continuously optimize them to enhance their value proposition.



Key job responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Hire & Develop the best talent in order to take ownership of established programs within AMXL that have achieved stability and are poised for growth.
- Scaling Strategy: Develop and execute scaling strategies to expand the reach and impact of these programs, maximizing their potential.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize program performance, processes, and workflows to ensure efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources and align strategies, enabling successful program scaling and optimization.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data insights to inform decision-making, measure the impact of program expansions, and identify areas for improvement.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks associated with program scaling and optimization and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate progress, impact, and critical initiatives related to program scaling and optimization to business stakeholders and the executive team.
- KPI Reporting: Manage KPI reporting to monitor the performance of scaled programs, providing visibility into their success and areas for enhancement.

About the team
AMXL fulfills and delivers large packages over 50 lbs. that have an average sales price of over $320 making them highly sensitive customer purchases. In order to ensure an excellent customer experience, this team owns the entire end-to-end operation standard spanning supply chain, fulfillment, middle mile, and last mile. Given the nature of the business, the AMXL network has distinct problem statements that require single threaded, end-to-end ownership to ensure we are optimizing for our customers and associates consistently.

Basic Qualifications:

- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of team management experience
- 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
