About the Role & Team:
It's the Sales Strategy team's mission to improve our sales channel distribution for our domestic portfolio of destinations – Walt Disney World, Disneyland Resort, and Disney Signature Experiences.
Your role will consist of leading partners in developing Domestic and International channel and product distribution strategies that improve Guest, Cast, and Shareholder value.
As a Sales Strategy Manager, you will be in a visible manager-level role, partnering across the Disney Parks, Experiences and Products organization. These areas may include Sales Executives, Pricing, Sales Analytics and Insights, Consumer Insight, Marketing, Finance, and Forecasting & Planning, where you will analyze business opportunities and build strategies to best achieve and optimize site needs.

The Sales Strategy Manager will report to the Senior Manager-Sales Strategy & Solutions.
This is a Full-Time role.
What You Will Do:
Develop sales channel distribution and product strategies based on research, data, insights and operational feasibility
Assist in the development of sales channels’ long-term plan and annual operating plan by business/site
Develop new sales programs, reinvent base business models, and champion sales technology capabilities that craft the future of sales distribution strategies for Domestic Parks and Disney Signature Experiences
Represent all sales channels, domestic and international, in cross-functional forums and project teams, providing leadership on sales needs and strategic business impacts
Build your recommendation and present to partners and leaders, including a Senior Executive audience
Champion a dedication to excellence, collaboration, diversity, and innovation with the Sales Strategy & Integration team
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in sales strategy, marketing strategy, product development, or financial analysis/analytical role
Demonstrated leadership experience in business analytics/strategy
Solid financial competence with ability to decipher sophisticated business models and profitable strategies
An entrepreneurial spirit driving innovative ideas and challenging the status quo
Ability to build compelling presentations and visualizations for Executive audiences
Ability to build trust, influence others, and navigate ambiguity
Proven experience leading pivotal initiatives passionate about business growth and development
Proven track record to project management multiple initiatives simultaneously with varying collaborators
Sophisticated proficiency in use of Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel)
Preferred Qualifications:
It would be great if you also have:
Previous travel industry and/or proven experience in a hospitality, sales, or marketing role
Knowledge of Disney Parks, Experiences & Products
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a business field (e.g. Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering)
