Job Description:

Context:
This is a critical business position tasked with ensuring high customer service and deriving maximum value out of the ad inventory available to sell. The incumbent will be responsible for working closely with the sales and traffic & presentation teams as well as agencies to process Release Orders and ensure error-free and smooth execution of deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for error free and timely execution of campaigns with requirement of minimum supervision and maximum assurance to ensure that deal fulfillment comply with company’s SOPs.
  • Implementation of process, audit, credit/collection and finance compliances.
  • Efficient material management- Ensuring Materials are as per tech specs.
  • Effective Collaboration with relevant internal teams.
  • Intensive tracking system with both sales and backend teams.
  • Revenue reporting.

Performance Measures:

  • Ensure error free execution to safeguard revenues.
  • Ensure zero revenue loss as well as overcome challenges.
  • Ensure hygiene control, cross tallying to safeguard revenues.
  • Enhanced alertness and amenability to extend oneself.
  • Ensure compliance on signed contracts & processes.
  • Ensure efficient material management.
  • Ensure collaboration with relevant internal teams to safeguard revenues.
