Your Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking highly experienced engineers in the area of advanced patterning for semiconductors and related devices. The hired candidate will work with the broad patterning technical and management team to develop patterning mask project plans, track task progress, review resource assignment, and optimize plans to deliver testsites meeting project need dates. The role requires broad expertise in photolithography, etch, design enablement, computational technology, and semiconductor process integration flows. The hired candidate must have a proven track record of working in large cross-functional teams for advanced technology nodes. Generation of Intellectual Property for IBM and protection of it through the patenting process are also expected. Excellent skills are a must for written and verbal communications in English, teamwork, and problem-solving under high-pressure situations. You must be willing to work in Albany, NY, with occasional day travel to Yorktown Heights, NY, and infrequent overnight travel to various locations worldwide. (<10%)

This position requires B.S. degree in Chemical or Electrical Engineering, Materials Science or Engineering, Chemistry, Physics or a related field, with relevant industrial experience preferred.
