Intelligent Automation Manager works within a technologically versatile team located in Poland, providing consulting services to biggest market players in EMEIA region and around the globe.

 

The opportunity

We are able to offer you a senior developer role with opportunity to support your further professional growth. You will work as part of a team that designs, develops, tests, deploys and supports different types of solutions using RPA and Power Platform. You will work with the most recognizable and influential players on the financial markets within the challenging projects.

 

Your key responsibilities

•    Coordinate work of project teams
•    Actively work with internal and external clients on automation opportunities
•    Provide guidance and mentoring to team members
•    Manage projects including the in-scope technologies which include RPA, Low Code Platforms, Cognitive Services and other automation solutions
•    Provide support and maintenance to the existing automations and applications

 

Skills and attributes for success

We are looking for experienced individuals with RPA and/or Power Platform skills, ready to further develop their technical and consulting skills across a variety of business processes, who are able to work independently but also as a part of a team.

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

•    Proficiency in at least one traditional RPA tool  (preferably Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
•    Proficiency in MS Power Platform.
•    Knowledge of Azure/AWS/Google Cloud services and the ability to design automation architecture
•    Knowledge and experience in at least one of the following Integrated Automation components: Low Code, Intelligent Document Processing, Conversational AI
•    6+ years of experience in business process improvement
•    Ability to create technical documentation
•    Analytical thinking and ability to define and describe business processes
•    Knowledge of good development practices and ability to mentor less experienced colleagues in terms of good development practices
•    Ability to work independently
•    Knowledge of other programming language/technology from Microsoft Tech Stack
•    Ability to grasp complex business concepts quickly to provide efficient input at appropriate stages in development lifecycle

Ideally, you’ll also have

•    .Net framework experience
•    Experience with relational databases
