Disneyland Paris, a world-renowned destination, is seeking a Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team and help drive our sales and revenue growth in the Iberia market. This role is pivotal in maintaining and expanding our relationships with key partners in the travel industry. As a Key Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with iconic brands such as Disneyland Paris, Disney Cruise Line, and Walt Disney World Resort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage key accounts and sales promotions with travel trade partners.
• Achieve sales targets for presold admissions, accommodations, and revenue in the Iberia market.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans with key accounts.
• Identify and implement innovative opportunities for sales and revenue growth.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external teams, ensuring efficient coordination and information flow.

Experience Required:

• 8 to 10 years of experience in the travel industry.
• Proven experience in key account management with a track record of success.
• Experience working in a large matrix organization.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• French proficiency would be a plus.
