Job Description
Responsibilities:
Responsible for evaluate global perception performance by adapting to China scenario.
Do feature performance fine-tune (if required) adapted to China scenario.
Lead advanced debugging, issue analysis to figure out root cause, secure perception performance meet mass production requirements.
Do hands-on perception debugging in compliance environments to find issue and solve problems. Make the report to give program/global team for clarification.
Deploy relevant tool chain for debugging in relevant environments.
Support test engineers to setup perception test environments in vehicle and bench.
Following the advanced technology of the industry, Continuous tracking the development and evolution of the core technology in the holistic perception and data closed-loop system, assist leadership in promoting the frontier technology development.
Representative of Perception algorithm, provide technical consultation and training within GM organization to improve core competence, efficiency.
Examine perception algorithmic approaches, via quantitative and qualitative evaluation

Qualifications:
Major in robotics, computer vision, machine learning or equivalent majors, master degree or above.
Above 5 years working experience of ML/DL.
Familiar with AD/ADAS functions and logic (parking & driving).
Familiar with vision parking algo development, such as parking slot detection, parking corner point detection, parking slot tracking algo, well understand surround view fisheye image model.
Proficient in C/C++, Python programming languages.
Skillful to do coding or debugging in Linux and ROS development environment
Skilled in TensorFlow, Pytorch tools…
Master the core principles of deep learning, and have a deep insight and understanding of the development trend of DNN technology, classic CNN model, Alexnet, VGG, GoogLe net, Res net, Vision transformer, BEV, etc…
Requirements:
Good analytical ability where problems are unusual and complex.
Proactive study sense, Structural and forward thinking, team work spirit.
Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
Good oral and written communication skills in English.
Have a serious and responsible work attitude.
