Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ADV (Analysis Development and Validation) plans with assistance of peer or global validation experts for parts such as switches, radio, electronic modules and antenna
• Lead test plan execution, reporting ADV Status to Product Validation Engineer
• Analyses and interprets resulting data from tests (resolves data anomalies)
• Utilizes analytical tools into support root cause and correction of product failures and test issues
• Document all anomalies using existing documentation tools
• Support through attendance, Design Review by Test Results (DRBTRs)
• Support ADV process to reduce Hardware and promote Virtualization strategy
• Participate in Problem Solving Teams
• Maintains frequent communication with internal customer and global development centers
• Prepares formal written post-test reports
• Support Quality Processes
• Support Vehicle Validation - Type Approval Activities
• Participate in Problem Solving Teams
• Participate in DFMEA work groups

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with proven technical and professional skills in job-related area
• Experience on Electrical Components / Electrical Architecture
• Experience in development or validation process/methodologies
• Fluence in English
• Self-motivated to work independently
• Ability to contribute to technical projects and work effectively in a team environment
• Willing to gain specific training from a variety of people / techniques
• Exhibits appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to work effectively with diverse teams
• Innovative
• Demonstrate Be Inclusive behavior

Preferred

• 4+ years of experience in a professional engineering environment
• Knowledge on electromagnetic compatibility
• Ability to learn complex system functions
• Knowledge of reliability & durability calculations
• Root cause / Red-X experience
• SAFe Agile certified
• DFSS Black Belt
• Organizational skills - Able to manage numerous projects across multiple programs
