Job Description
The key role and responsibility of this position will cover the key areas below:
- Owner Service Planning
Setup annual business plan according to the strategy and direction of owner service.
Identify the business opportunity pro-actively for future growth of owner service business.
Lead to generate the short-term and long-term forecast, highlight key business drives, setup the roadmap and identify the risk.
Collect and understand the industry information, changes, good practice. Then lead analysis on the trend to support business development.
Inspire business planning by leveraging data intelligence.
Work as key contract window for X-functional projects regarding key deliveries of owner service including Retention, NPS, and P&A revenue.
- Owner Service Operation
Develop and establish the business operation process and execution mechanism for owner service key projects and daily management.
Setup KPI metrics of operations and get alignment with GMPI X-functions, as well as CCA and SGM.
Track and analyze KPI performance to ensure the business achievement and develop proper action plan to close the gap.
Develop and be responsible for the implementation quality of goal achievement path.
Manage the annual budget and oversee the progress, to ensure a smooth operation within budget but get full used of resource.
Work as PMO to monitor the owner service key projects in a holistic view, and setup review mechanism to ensure them on track.
- Owner Service Marketing
Develop marketing plans and programs to drive marketing expansions and channels for owner service business.
Lead the communications and channel marketing to develop persuasive collateral and growth programs to achieve owner service KPI such as Retention, NPS, and P&A revenue.
Manage service marketing operations to track closely the effectiveness of program and promotions. Work as the AFS commercial lead to execute product/program roadmap in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Responsible for marketing & sales tool development, success business stories, business case, training/workshop to ensure the business implementation.
Manage and coach marketing vendors to deliver result in good quality and fully follow GM way and process.
