Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Process optimization

Design and manage internal and external processes for sales/retail/CCA (SRC) team to improve operational efficiency and support the rapid development of direct sales business model.

Draft and modify internal process related materials, including but not limited to various process applications and relevant leadership reports.

Establish effective cooperation mechanisms with internal teams of the company and maintain good communication and collaboration with external business partners.

Benchmarking the market practice and competitor processes to provide optimization solutions for internal and cross team departments.

Track process progress and promptly resolve any issues or bottlenecks.

Internal control

Conduct and oversee SRC team in full compliance with both company and government regulations, support internal & external audit.

Conduct risk control from both legal, internal control, financial and business perspectives.

Purchase and Payment

Propose and maintain team’s budget & resource plan yearly and monthly.

Support stakeholders and purchase team on purchase application, vendor screening, bidding, and onboarding.

Vendor work deliverable and cost check, payment confirmation and submission.

Report and communication

Organize team’s required meetings, including report preparation and follow-ups.

Connect with key stakeholders, create bridge to purchase, finance, controllership, legal, real estate, vendor etc.

Ad-hoc assignments including meeting governance, data analysis and others requested by the line manager. Support global and other business functions as needed.

Additional Job Description

Key Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in finance, management, engineering, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of work experience in the automotive or related industry, strong experience in project & process management and risk control, familiarity with GM or other international company's internal processes is preferred.
  • Strong experience in cross functional collaboration, work with both internal and external stakeholders including purchase, finance, controllership, legal, real estate, vendor, etc.
  • Strong learning and execution abilities, possessing the ability to think beyond traditional frameworks, and possessing the ability to handle multiple tasks and organize effectively.
  • Pay attention to details, possess strong analytical, financial and judgment abilities, and be able to identify and solve complex problems.
  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English, able to work independently and experienced in establishing effective partnerships within and outside of the organization.
  • With ability to deliver aesthetic and quality business report with suitable software, capable of using PMO tool & AI platform is preferred.
