Job Description
Responsibilities:
As a PEM, be as a contact person between local team and global perception team, manage vision perception adaptation tasks to meet SOPR requirements in region.
Coordinate with cross-functional team, include but not limited to program, test, integration, Dev&Val, work out detail working plan with alignment, follow up execution process closely, remove road blocker.
Coordinate the development requirements with global and local perception team, summarize project status and risk management.
Coordinate the daily work with MSP (Map Service Provider) about data collection and handling plan by referring to China data compliance.
Verifying and approve the data collected quality from MSP based on GM requirements.
Work with relevant suppliers to boost perception development in region.
Work with global and local team to validate data’s availability and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in computer science, automation, electronics and electrical engineering, information, etc.
- Have experience of program management, managing end to end algo development process.
- proficient in relevant SW, such as Gantt Chart, good refining and summary skill.
- Have a basic theoretical foundation in deep learning algorithm.
- Understand China data compliance regulations and practice.
- At least 3 year AD/ADAS algo project management experience is prior.
- Have experience working in global teams.
Requirements:
- Good analytical ability where problems are unusual and complex.
- Proactive study sense, Structural and forward thinking, team work spirit.
- Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English.
- Have a serious and responsible work attitude.
