Additional Job Description

·       According to the company’s overall strategies, make strategy including the brand's site selection policy and scheme, site selection standards, site selection process

·       Handle new store development mapping process by compiling general market information, industry statistical data, economic trend, and site finding information for new store openings report and analysis thus contribute to the building of the solid proposition to local management and regional/global management for review and decisions;

·       Conduct cost calculation, feasibility analysis and investment evaluation of the new sites;

·       Make site evaluation report, independently complete the evaluation, establish and improve the store cost structure and revenue evaluation analysis system, facilitate new site review meeting

·       Lead the commercial negotiation with partners (landlords or 3rd parties) and aim to find preferential terms and conditions; liaise and build strong relationship with relevant administrative contact points of key partners

·       Lead the facility and CI development and ensure the quality of facility development.
