Experience/Skills Required
Deep expertise in Figma and other industry-leading design tools.
At least 5 years of strategic product design, with a proven record of leading products from ideation to market success.
Demonstrated experience in leading onsite and remote teams through complex project lifecycles.
A robust, autonomous work ethic complemented by an ability to harmonize with and elevate team dynamics.
Adeptness in user-centered design, bolstered by empirical data, user research, and iterative feedback loops.
Stellar communication skills, adept at aligning multi-disciplinary teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
Demonstrated expertise in making user experiences that are not only intuitive but also accessible, adhering to WCAG and other industry standards.
Proven record of advocating for and implementing inclusive design practices, ensuring that products are usable by everyone, including people with disabilities.
Responsibilities
Synthesise broad research insights into actionable, strategic design directions.
Be a cornerstone of the design process, driving product, engineering, and marketing collaboration to champion user-centric solutions.
Direct the design trajectory for our suite of web and mobile apps, ensuring our principles are intricately woven into every facet.
Continuously refine and elevate our design guidelines, preempting industry trends and user expectations.
Engage in rigorous dialogue with developers and QA to achieve design excellence, setting industry benchmarks.
Mentor, guide, and influence the next generation of Salesforce designers, emphasising a culture of inclusivity and forward-thinking.
