Job Description
The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) – Senior Associate analyzes financial data, creates financial models, and forecasts future financial performance. The role is responsible for providing financial analysis and support to the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. They work closely with business leaders and other departments to ensure that the company’s financial goals are met.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and create financial models. This includes understanding financial statements, ratios, and metrics.
- Assist in monitoring and tracking the financial results against operational and strategic objectives as well as historical performance
- Involve in preparing and communicating detailed financial information to business leaders; assist in identifying any potential risks which might impact service line performance and coordinate with the Team in providing strategic input to support effective decision making
- Perform and coordinate various budget and forecast exercises, support the translation of business projections into meaningful figures, including data processing, modeling and reporting
- Identifying trends and making recommendations for improvement
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that the company’s financial goals are met
- Assist in month-end close process
- Execute ad-hoc analysis as needed by leaders
Qualifications:
- Must be able to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Bachelor of Science in Accountancy graduate, CPA not required
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in related field
- Above average MS Excel skills
- Knowledgeable in SAP
- Amenable to report in Taguig (2x a week)
