Your Role and Responsibilities
• Lead, manage, and contribute to transformation projects with clear objectives and business outcomes
• Advise, collaborate, and support executives and leaders on both tactical and strategic actions and initiatives
• Build and establish strong partnerships and alliances across IBM functions to address complex, cross functional issues and requirements
• Create, contribute, and execute strategic and transformational program plans and initiatives to deliver desired business results on schedule
• Work with the executive leadership to identify and improve process efficiency



Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Must have experience working with Enterprise Hardware development and suppliers at multiple companies in the industry.
Experience in leading and managing cross functional projects with clarity of business outcomes, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans while managing complex issues.
Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and operate in a fast-paced results-oriented environment.
Experience using project planning tools to create, manage, and track project results.
Experience working with large data set using data analysis and modelling tools (e.g., Excel) for product and portfolio analysis related to cost reduction and efficiency projects.
Experience working with internal development and ODM and joint-venture partners to deliver complex solutions.
Strong Microsoft Project, Excel, and PPT.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience working at multiple companies in the Enterprise IT industry with demonstrated ability to recognize and adjust working style to difference corporate cultures.
Experience using Product Data Management (PDM) tools for parts/BOM creation and management.
Ability to present and effectively communicate project plans, risks, and outcomes at executive leadership level.
