Job Description

Principais atividades:

Fazer avaliação no sistema Qdas (software estatístico) das tendências do processo e escalonar quando necessário.

Fazer avaliação periodicamente se os dados de medições no processo estão subindo para o sistema Qdas.

Fazer estudo de rastreabilidade dos motores referentes às reclamações de clientes usando sistemas Qdas e Flex Net (software de rastreabilidade).

Conhecer e utilizar a ferramenta GSIP (monitoramento dos problemas de qualidade internos da fábrica).

Atuar junto ao time da fábrica na resolução dos problemas de Qualidade interno e externo.

Conhecer e suportar as ferramentas de GMS.

Participar das reuniões de Qualidade regionais e globais.

Additional Job Description

Requisitos:

Formação em Engenharia

Crea Ativo (mandatório)

Possuir Inglês avançado, será um diferencial

Requisitos desejáveis:

Conhecer sistemas de medições (metrologia)

Conhecer processo de Usinagem e Montagem de Motores

Possuir habilidades nas ferramentas de Solução de problemas

Conhecer sistemas GSIP, Flex Net e Qdas.
