Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES: The position is responsible for supporting demand monitoring and training suppliers for possible variations in demand and product program. The position communicates with all levels of the organization, within the function, as well as other functions and suppliers.
- Ability to understand and evaluate complex supply chain issues through data mining, modulation and interpretation.
- Collaborate in a cross-functional way to develop creative solutions to optimize time and response accuracy
- Ability to summarize critical issues with resolutions and communicate with leadership
- Deal with very complex capacity restriction issues for resolution, with the aim of eliminating possible interference in the plant
- Analyze statistics and run scenario simulations that will support supplier service training
- Ability for flexibility and sometimes extended work and non-core hours to ensure issues are resolved.
- In-depth understanding of supply chain functions

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, system analysis or equivalent experience
- Advanced English level
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
- Advanced knowledge in Data Analytics tools (Knime, SQL, VBA, Phyton or related)
- Experienced in Supply Chain, MGO systems, Standard & Options language (desirable)
- Candidate will lead AI implementation to optimize Capacity team activities
