The Opportunity 

DMe DC Marketing Data & Analytics, we will manage the foundational insights required to understand end-to-end business performance and track the success of campaigns across Adobe Digital Media Document cloud solutions. Data-driven decision-making is foundational to how we run our business. Your role as an analyst will involve analyzing and crunching large data sets to identify future growth opportunities, which helps guide document cloud strategy.

What You'll Do 

  • Partner with the B2B Strategy & Operation, PMM teams to understand business goals and requirements for data & insights.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics teams on roadmap and deliverables.
  • Define business requirements for metrics, reports, dashboards, data science, and systems.
  • Lead projects that provide impactful insights and improve business results. Drive/Build the metrics, reports, data science, and systems that are essential to the B2B DMe DC organization.
  • Analyze/curate large volumes of data using various tools like Tableau, SQL, or any other data-modeling tools.

What You’ll Need to Succeed 

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program and graduating between December 2023 - June 2024
  • Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field like Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or Computer Science
  • Experience with data communication and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficient with Databricks, SQL to perform data acquisition, and aggregation from scratch from existing data sources.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations.
  • Passion for the field of data-driven marketing and ability to absorb concepts quickly.
  • Work experience with B2B SaaS provider a plus
  • Ability to quickly understand the business, turn business requirements into technical requirements, and, ultimately, deliver actionable insights.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $67,800 -- $149,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
