The Wholesale Coordinator manages the life cycle of sales orders from forecast to fulfillment in partnership with our buying and warehouse teams.

This role will have the opportunity to help develop and implement our global fulfillment and logistics strategy while driving continuous improvements in inventor accuracy and outbound order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates and supports entire order process from order creation to invoicing.
• Manages communication with external clients and internal stakeholders in other departments.
• Acts as liaison with Accounts Receivable department to ensure invoices are paid on time and manage client notifications for outstanding balances.
• Communicates in a timely and clear manner to customer service inquiries via email and/or phone including ZenDesk management, ensuring brand-standard service is received.
• Provide status updates and other operational support to clients where needed.
• Oversees on-site stockroom by brand, managing inventory for spatial efficiency and conducting quarterly cycle counts.
• Proactively reports issues and concerns with direct line manager.
• Works with the buying and fulfillment teams to identify, review, and resolve inventory discrepancies across ERPLY.
• Updates and distributes quarterly wholesale catalogues and price lists to clients, in partnership with the Sr. Brand Manager.
• Maintains, updates, and continuously improves Standard Operating Procedures.
• Reconciles monthly UPS statements and bills clients accordingly.
• Attends key department meetings.

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years related work experience.
• Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 40lbs.
• Strong customer focus.
• Organized and analytical.
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
• Strong PC skills, including Excel.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage their time.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with all levels of internal leadership and staff.
• Places a high priority on responsiveness.

Required Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant area of focus.

The hiring range for this position in New York is $51,300.00 to $66,300.00 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
