Job Description

The Seller External Relations team within Amazon is responsible for ensuring that external perception mirrors the reality that Amazon’s stores are a great place for independent sellers to build and maintain thriving businesses. The Editorial team is seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting the growing Editorial team, ensuring our messaging reaches our targeted audiences in a way that is impactful, engaging and efficient. In this role you will develop guidelines on channel strategy, starting with existing channels and extending to identification and launch of new channels, to drive efficient engagement with our messaging among different segments. You excel in a fast-paced environment, are an exceptional writer and creative thinker that is led by data and customer obsession. You are strategic but always willing to roll up your sleeves and execute alongside your team to move the needle. You have a goal-oriented mindset, operate independently, possess strong attention to detail, and are always up for a challenge when it comes to delivering results.

Key job responsibilities
Develop a strong channel marketing strategy to drive traffic to multiple sites with different audiences
Partner with internal stakeholders such as SPCS Social, Marketing, Public Policy and PR to execute a comprehensive plan across Amazon O&O channels.
Write bar raising content that shares the small business narrative through different formats
Collaborate with sellers to increase discoverability and amplification
Build robust mechanisms that highlight the team's work internally as well as externally.

About the team
The Seller External Relations (SER) team ensures that Amazon is viewed globally by external audiences as a valuable, accessible, partner who respects and celebrates the success of its sellers. We create content and tools that demonstrate and celebrate the positive experiences of sellers on Amazon to other sellers, the general public, and influentials (e.g., media and policymakers) with the goal of improving their perception of the experience and benefits of selling in our store.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) -
6+ years of experience working across digital marketing channels including paid and organic social, search, display, video, and on-site promotions
6+ years of experience writing customer-facing content and guiding creative teams while executing directly on marketing campaigns across channels
Development and execution of successful marketing strategies that drive website traffic and engagement
Experience managing and scaling a high volume of creative assets and campaign types in parallel
Proven experience motivating and guiding cross-functional teams
Experience tracking campaign metrics, budget management, and resources to maximize return on investment

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong organizational and project management capabilities to plan, execute, and monitor multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines
Creative, yet analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure campaign
Ability to provide leadership, mentorship, and build internal culture
Comfortable in a hyper-growth, fast-paced, and self-starter environment
Proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Parse.ly and other platforms

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $125,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $169,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
