Consumer Insight, Measurement & Analytics (CIMA) is part of Global Marketing and Sales within Disney Parks, Experiences and Products (DPEP). CIMA influences marketing decisions with integrated, objective, and applicable insights. As a member of the Advanced Analytics and Optimization team you will help develop creative analytics solutions to provide systematic evaluation of marketing program performance across all media channels. You will use data to help answer "what" and "why" performance questions by analyzing marketing attribution data across a variety of channels and delivering insights to help our partners understand the impact of marketing decisions.
You will report to the Sr Manager-Digital Media Analytics & Optimization.  This position will sit in Orlando, FL.
 

What you will do:
• Within Advanced Analytics & Optimization, you will deliver marketing performance analysis and recommendations based on advanced methods for tracking and reporting across marketing channels (Multi-Touch Attribution and other cross-channel analytics).
• You will assist this team with finding new solutions to questions by analyzing marketing performance across traditionally separate platforms and areas, providing insights about our guests and target audiences, and translating advanced findings into tangible recommendations for media teams.
 

What you will need:
• 4+ years’ experience in marketing analytics and measurement
• Experience with both traditional and digital marketing measurements and performance reporting
• Experience creating data analyses in regular reports
• Experience developing and interpreting analytics program results
• Experience with a variety of marketing channels and cross-channel analytics
• Understanding of marketing attribution methods
• Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical thinking, and continuous process improvement skills
• Proficiency with Data Visualization Tools (Tableau preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Media Analytics Platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, DV360/GCM)
• Experience translating insights and storytelling with data
• Ability to coordinate and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Demonstrated exceptional data visualization and data storytelling skills
• Data quality validation skills
• Experience activating media through digital marketing channels
• Experience with the travel industry, marketing audience analytics, and consumer data
• Understanding of relational database structure and concepts
• Experience with an analytics software package such as SAS, SPSS, and programming languages such as SQL, R, or Python
• Experience with statistical analyses, measuring statistical significance, and analyzing media testing results
• Knowledge of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts experiences, products, and services
 

Required Education
BS/BA in Business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Operations Science, or other related field
Preferred Education
Advanced Degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Operations Science, or other related field.
