We are looking for an experienced Release Readiness Program Manager to lead our customer success go-to-market (GTM) motion for new product and feature launches. As the Release Readiness Program Manager, you will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customers successfully adopt new products and features.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with product management, customer success, sales, and marketing to understand the product roadmap, upcoming releases and define GTM needs

  • Create and handle the customer success product launch approach for new features and capabilities.  This includes defining the GTM strategy, requirements, success metrics, and risks

  • Develop and handle integrated programs, execution plans, communication plans and campaigns to promote awareness and drive excitement for releases

  • Matrix-lead numerous cross-functional working groups including, but not limited to: Product Managers, Product Marketing, CS Enablement, Digital CS, Success Managers, Success Guides, Success Architects, Customer Advisory Board, Voice of the Customer, and Customer Champions

  • Evangelize new products across Slack and Salesforce.  Cultivate champions within the company, and directly with customers

  • Collaborate with customer success management on developing success plans and playbooks

  • Author enablement content and training programs to drive adoption of new capabilities

  • Report project progress and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and call out issues, as necessary, according to the work plans

  • Analyze product usage data to measure launch outcomes and iterate on program effectiveness

  • Continuously refine launch methodology to scale and optimize release readiness programs as we scale -- demonstrating Salesforce resources where appropriate.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in customer success, sales enablement, product marketing or related role

  • Strong project management skills with ability to handle complex, highly cross-functional programs

  • Data-driven attitude with ability to synthesize insights and resolve success metrics

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Good listener, willing to receive and act on customer and field feedback 

  • Proven ability to engage with multiple levels of stakeholders

  • Track record of thriving in unstructured environments

  • Passion for enabling customers and promoting product adoption

  • Experience managing enterprise software releases strongly preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $115,100 to $158,300.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $115,100 to $158,300.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $126,600 to $174,200.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
