Salesforce Inc. seeks Program Manager, Quote to Cash Strategy & Operations in Atlanta, GA:

Job Duties: Serve as a Lead to Cash Subject Matter Expert. Identify and document the complex quoting rules required for establishing product quantity restrictions; product country restrictions; mixed offering restrictions; legal contractual term restrictions; and configuring promotions. Serve as Program Manager for various projects. Plan, organize, and direct the completion of large, complex Mergers and Acquisition projects for the Lead to Cash business unit at Salesforce. Develop trusted relationships with executive leaders and stakeholders to drive focus on strategic program objectives, optimize program delivery, and ensure accountability. Direct Operational Excellence activities and process improvements. Identify opportunities for improvements, develop business cases, craft innovative solutions, and execute projects to improve deal velocity and sales productivity. Conduct data analysis and run SOQL queries to extract large amounts of data to analyze sales trends, identify Q2C errors, and draw conclusions based on data. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce Atlanta offices may be required.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering and Management, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related field, OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering and Management, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related field. 

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Industrial Engineering and Management, Engineering (any field)).

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Salesforce CRM; (2) Tableau Analytics; (3) Quip; (4) Slack; (5) Smartsheet Product Management; (6) Sales Operations; (7) SQL/SOQL; (8) Power BI; (9) Cloud-Service-Providers; and (10) ERP/CPQ implementations. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Education, experience, and criminal background checks will be conducted. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices Atlanta may be required.
