Description:
The Revenue Operations Quote to Cash (Q2C) Strategy and Integrations team is responsible for the planning, analysis, and implementation of strategic projects in the Salesforce Q2C space. The GTM Strategy & Integrations Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward that are critical to the company's long-term success. Your primary focus will be the day-to-day operations of an online marketplace platform, but will also include participation in various strategic initiatives and project-based work. The role will report to the Senior Manager of the Quote to Cash Strategy & Integrations Team. Salesforce.com is a fast-paced environment, and we are looking for someone who can get going quickly to manage multiple responsibilities and projects while producing high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily operations for the online marketplace, an exciting new selling channel for Salesforce
  • Participate in cross-functional workshops for strategic projects
  • Represent Quote to Cash as a stakeholder and trusted advisor for all of Revenue Operations
  • Apply knowledge, skills, and judgment to make recommendations and resolve issues
  • Develop, document, and maintain a repository of Quote to Cash process flows and enablement materials
  • Support the New Product Introduction (NPI) process
  • Work on high-visibility projects and initiatives that transform the way we do business


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
  • Understanding of the Quote to Cash lifecycle
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a curious approach and a demonstrated ability for critical thinking
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines where adaptability is imperative
  • Ability to understand broader business and financial issues, juggle multiple projects and tasks, and work with deadlines in a complex environment
  • Able to communicate effectively and document decisions in a clear and concise manner


Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Working knowledge of process documentation software, google sheets or project management software
  • Experience with Salesforce Products
  • Experience related to CPQ or Order Management Systems
