Your Role and Responsibilities
Management of development and release of IBM Instana observability engineering team.
The job roles and responsibilities include people management, regular cadence of software development using agile methodology and serving IBM’s enterprise clients with world class support.
Management of Instana tracer, sensor and synthetic monitoring teams, working closely with product management, design and tech sales team to support IBM business.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Managing software developers, Leading organizational transformation, both technically and organizationally, Agile software development practices, Verbal and written communications, Ability to lead and drive collaboration within teams and across IBM to achieve desired outcomes, Minimum 5 years IBM management experience, at least 2 years as a second line manager.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Technical and Professional Expertise Knowledge of IBM's observability Technical or management experience Knowledge of AI principles and their application in the IT operations environments.
