You have a solid technical background and are curious to find solutions for issues. You have a passion for helping clients with a determination to improving the overall experience. You love collaborating with your peers, clients and management to meet the needs of customers and the business. In IBM Cloud Advanced Customer Support, you join a young, dynamic and growing organisation where you will delight clients and develop your expertise and career.
As a member of the IBM Cloud Support organisation, you provide technical support to clients and your responsibilities include:
- Diagnose, investigate, reproduce and resolve technical issues
- Communicate effectively with customers via ticket, chat and phone
- Document your work in ticketing system
- Continuously learn and improve your skills
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Written and oral communication skills
Knowledge in troubleshooting complex technical issues in a structured way
Knowledge of basic networking and network troubleshooting
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Working directly with customers
Experience with one of the following:
- Virtual Private Cloud, Database systems, Kubernetes or Redhat OpenShift
