Job Description

Amazon Clinic is hiring a Sr. Product Manager - Tech to join the Discovery & Shopping Experience Team, focused on driving customer acquisition through search engine marketing and optimization and the development of new ingresses across the Amazon shopping experience. This PM-T will be a key leader in driving business growth by bridging the gap between healthcare and retail systems, launching new features, updating the Clinic product to improve discoverability, and leading cross-business collaboration to help us introduce Clinic to Customers when they're seeking support for a relevant medical condition. Amazon Clinic's growth requires leaders who move fast, have an entrepreneurial spirit to create new products, unrelenting tenacity to get things done, and are capable of breaking down and solving complex problems. We are looking for a smart, customer-obsessed, and analytical Sr. PM-T to build our strategy for Search engine marketing and guide a tiger team in optimizing this channel. They will represent Clinic in the development of the long-term strategies for channel marketing, and develop new approaches to help customers discover Clinic. The role blends aspects of search engine marketing and product management and entails a deep understanding of search systems and customer behavior.

As a Sr. PM-T for the Amazon Clinic you will be responsible for driving a best in class customer experience by (1) helping customers find relevant treatments where and how they're most likely to be searching, (2) presenting the right information and imagery to help customers understand our offering (3) partnering with marketing managers, finance, BI, and stakeholder teams to ensure we have a unified search strategy (4) inspecting, analyzing, and developing strategies to ensure customers are discovering Clinic. You will have an eye for creating exemplary shopping and healthcare experiences, an aptitude for data-analysis, a passion for continuous testing, and the organization to pull together data from a variety of sources to keep everyone organized around our biggest opportunities.. You will hold a high bar for measurement of feature impact and will define success metrics, measurement methods and reporting processes for your efforts. You will learn from and share best practices across Amazon teams. Our environment is fast-paced and requires someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working effectively in a deadline-driven work environment.

Key job responsibilities
* Work with Clinic team, broader health teams, marketing, and finance to develop and execute on a channel optimization roadmap.
* Guide our report development and analysis to give us the insights we need to improve.
* Engage with retail and health business partner teams to identify integration opportunities and drive product initiatives
* Anticipate bottlenecks, manage risk and escalations, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
* Contribute to communication mechanisms for collaboration across health businesses.
* Communicate effectively with Senior and VP level partners both written and verbal
* Perform general administrative functions such as scheduling meetings, event management, and marketing
*Maintain a feature backlog
*Deep dive and investigate opportunities.

This position is located in Seattle, WA working from Houdini North alongside our key team members from our Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing teams.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience in Search Engine Marketing and Optimization. Must be an expert with Google AdWords and driving business growth through paid search and SEO.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $121,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
