Your Role and Responsibilities
A TRIRIGA QA/Test Lead, is a consultant with experience in the functional elements of TRIRIGA testing. They are expected to be capable of backfilling for, and providing mentoring to, a Junior TRIRIGA Tester as needed. They are primarily responsible for reviewing and understanding functional use cases, creating test cases and scripts, performing initial internal testing, assisting client UAT testers with the execution of the test cases and scripts, documenting any bugs or defects that arise during each testing phase, and communicating testing status to the project team.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Proven experience as a TRIRIGA Tester in TRIRIGA implementation projects.
Intermediate written and verbal communication skills.
-Familiarity with the IBM TRIRIGA application, including its various modules, functionalities, and configuration options; Ability to understand business processes implemented by the new TRIRIGA IWMS application;
Experience in defining and documenting test cases and translating them into test scripts.
Familiarity with IWMS best practices, industry standards, and compliance regulations.
Ability to clearly define and document gaps between the functional design, test cases/scripts, and the results of functional testing.
Familiarity with user acceptance testing (UAT) and providing feedback to improve the application.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Proven experience as a TRIRIGA Application Consultant in IWMS implementation projects.
Proven experience as a Trainer in IWMS implementation projects.
Experience in developing training materials and conducting training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
Knowledge of other IWMS platforms or related facilities management software.
