Your key tasks & responsibilities

In your role as Manager , we expect you to manage execution of the tasks and responsibilities independently, with support of a senior manager / Director:

• Define the scope of the implementation
• Solution and process design within the deployed technology
• Conduct SAP SuccessFactors system configuration
• Prepare and execute test scenarios
• Collaborate with customer teams to effectively deliver project scope
• Assist in preparing and conducting workshops with clients
• Integrate with the business segment of the team and international EY structures
• Actively share product and functional knowledge within the team and coach the more junior colleagues
• Participate in business development activities (sales offers, business relationships, presales activities and product demonstrations)

 

Your qualifications

• A master’s or bachelor’s degree in HR, business or IT
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects
• Proven ability to engage, manage and build relationships
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
• Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices and new technologies,
• Fluency in English and either Dutch or French
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 15-20%

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience
• SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) in Employee Central and/or Talent Modules
• Experience with at least one full-cycle implementation of your core module
