The Salesforce Security and Privacy team is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead and deliver exciting new capabilities in the generative AI and data protection space.

You will expand our product capabilities in collaboration with the sensitive data management PM, Engineering, Security, Legal, and other product teams across the company. You will collaborate with forward-thinking engineers and excited customers to help ensure that we have the most advanced and secure AI platform in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining the product strategy for sensitive data protection through and for GAI in collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, Security, and Legal teams
• Discover and prioritize customer use cases and requirements to expand our product to new markets
• Work with our engineering teams to build the right software capabilities to address use cases
• Understand the substance and implications of current and pending national and international regulations that impact the sensitive data protection space
• Be proficient on industry trends for security and privacy
• Partner with various team members to inform product strategy, roadmap, positioning, and pricing

Qualifications

• 14+ overall experience and 8+ years of experience in a product related role - product management, product engineering, sales engineering, product architecture
• Prior GAI/AL/ML and/or privacy and compliance experience with deep knowledge of regulations such as GDPR, California Consumer Privacy Act and/or LLMs and AI-based data detection and protection
• Experience understanding and expressing user experiences
• Ability to glean key insights into our target customers and users
• Strong technical and data-analysis skills
• Have experience with go to market motions and revenue generation
• Have excellent communication skills and can articulate a compelling privacy & security vision to business and engineering leadership
• Experience presenting to executive leadership and handling sensitive customer situations
