COMPLETE Quantum Technical Events Enablement Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Working Groups Management:
• Develop and execute strategy for establishing and managing working groups that align with research goals.
• Facilitate and coordinate content for working group meetings (virtual & in-person), ensuring effective communication and collaboration among internal and external researchers.
• Collaborate with researchers to curate and distribute research materials and findings within working groups.
• Monitor the progress of working group projects (papers, research, grants, etc.), ensuring they are on track and contributing to research objectives.
• Gather feedback from working group participants to enhance collaboration and productivity.

Technical Events Coordination:
• Plan, coordinate, and execute technical events such as conferences, seminars, workshops, and webinars.
• Collaborate with researchers, developers, and wider team to create technical content and presentations for events.
• Manage end-to-end event execution including vendor relationship(s), speaker presentations, internal/external event communications, event registration, securing venues (physical or virtual), sponsorship negotiation, procurement, compliance, and post-event follow-up.
• Ensure a seamless and engaging experience for event attendees, addressing technical issues and inquiries.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.


Requirements:
- Preferably someone who has 5 yrs+ experience in skills / programming skills in Python, or usage of open source quantum computing libraries, machine learning libraries / having specific industry or domain knowledge would be a plus
