  • Position:パートナー営業(Go to Market Sales)
  • Description:
    • 本ポジションは、パートナー(Reseller / Consulting / Appexchange)のみならず、営業やSE、インサイドセールス、Marketing、また銀行等と一緒に中部地区における民間企業のマーケットを開拓していくポジションです。
    • 主な役割は、中部エリアで活動している各パートナーとの協業の推進、ならびに銀行等の金融機関からのSalesforceリードのトスアップを増進させることです。
    • パートナーとの協業に不可欠なSalesforce営業チームとのリレーション構築、またパートナーを本部で担当しているSalesforceアライアンス担当との連携、またパートナー内部においても協業の主幹チームだけでなく営業部隊への啓蒙活動も担っていただきます。
    • また、より広範なリード獲得やマーケットへの認知を広げる活動の一環として、パートナーとの共催セミナーを企画、推進いただくこともあります。

• Role Description:
  • 主要Resellerとの協業：国内大手SIerとの協業推進
  • Local Partnerとの協業推進：中部を本社とする地域のLocal Partnerとの協業推進
  • 金融機関開拓：銀行等の各支店との協業取付け、案件創出のためのお客様Callの実施
  • パートナー育成：主要パートナー自立に向けた各種育成施策の企画
  • マーケティング：広範な案件創出に向けたパートナーとの共催イベントの企画/実行
  • Salesforce Japanとの連携：営業/営業マネージャーとの連携（営業戦略の相互理解、アクション共有、商談機会創出を最大化するためのPDCAサイクルの実践）、アライアンス担当との協働
  • 上位マネジメントに対する各種レポーティング
  • 業務内容内訳（想定）
    • 金融機関の支店等への訪問（勉強会/相談会の実施）：30%
    • 金融機関渉外担当とのコミュニケーション：20%
    • Salesforce営業/アライアンスチームとのコミュニケーション：20%
    • 各パートナーへの施策提案およびモニタリング：15%
    • マーケティング施策の企画/実行：5%
    • 各種資料作成：5%
    • 各種レポーティング：5%

• Basic Requirements:
  • 5年以上の営業経験
  • 3年以上のSaaS製品の営業経験
  • 各種KPIに基づくマネジメントスキル
  • 高いコミュニケーション力
  • 新しいことへのチャレンジ志向、高い目標意識、自己の成長への意欲

• Preferred Requirements:
  • 金融機関での就業経験/金融機関への営業経験
  • 3年以上のSalesforce営業経験
