Senior Manager, Product Manager will lead two key charters- Promotions and STEP for Amazon.in.

Promotions program aims to win customer trust by offering them best value on products they wish to buy. The role involves leading product development and partnering with technology and operations teams to implement right policies and product solutions that will keep value & value perception on the platform sharp. Incumbent will manage key promotional levers such as Cashbacks, Deals, Basket building promotions and work towards driving adoption with customers as well as sellers.

STEP, is a seller tiering program launched to influence and reward sellers to improve customer inputs. STEP enables this by creating a framework to tier seller basis their performance against pre-defined evaluation metrics and rewarding them accordingly. This role will lead STEP and work to strengthen the platform to help sellers succeed on Amazon.in

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about managing challenging projects across multiple teams and locations. He or she will be comfortable marshaling large amounts of data to make decisions and build business cases. We are looking for a Product Manager who shares Amazon's passion for the customer—someone who understands the importance of compelling features and functionalities in driving great customer experience.


Key job responsibilities
* Define multi-year roadmap for products you manage across Promotions and STEP

* Build a strong understanding of customer preferences

* Understand seller eco-system in IN

* Work closely with key stakeholders across category, finance and operations teams

* Own narratives to present to senior leaders

Basic Qualifications:

- 10+ years of team management experience
- 12+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience engaging and influencing senior executives
