Job Description:

Assistant Retail Store Manager provides leadership, support, motivation and development of Non-Salaried Cast Members creating a positive environment that encourages ownership and accountability that meet or exceed business results while providing a quality Guest experience. This role, along with the Retail Store Manager, will maintain good partnerships with all vendors, local Merchants and Resort partners. Additionally, they are responsible for supporting the financial goals and assisting in leveraging all functional aspects for Retail, i.e. visual, planning, product development, facilities, data maintenance, processing and guest show. They will ensure operational compliance to WDP&R Standards and Loss Prevention Standards with adherence to State of Hawaii and WDP&R Safety Standards.
This position reports to the Store Manager
Position is Site-based. No Remote Opportunities Available

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)

• Minimum of three years of Retail management experience and 2 years leading a team.
• Previous revenue responsibility of $5M annually
• Demonstrated ability to improve operational processes and efficiencies
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated strong partnering skills
• Proven computer skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop, teach and work with a diverse team
• Demonstrated good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment

• Ability to manage conflict and resolution
• Multi-lingual
• Current or previous experience in Hawaii
