Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a program manager with a background of program management in the semiconductor technology industry.
The primary responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
Tracking project status and working with technical leaders to identify and report technical and schedule risks to management, as well as helping with risk mitigation.
Coordinating internal resources and priority allocations and interacting with cross-functional working teams that include engineers engaged in process integration,design/layout, simulation, and materials and process development to ensure all milestones are delivered on time.
Being the interface to Clients for program status updates, alignment and change management.
Sizing new projects for resource and schedule.
Working with program management community to standardize our projects in planning and execution phases.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 3+ yrs of experience with semiconductor-related technology program management
• Solid background in semiconductor technology; Applied knowledge and experience with semiconductor process, device and operations
• Ability to summarize results in a clear and concise format
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Hands on experience with logic and/or packaging semiconductor technology
