Your Role and Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for creating and developing forms on OmniStudio allowing claimants to easily submit claims as part of the Victims Compensation Fund (VCF). These claims get reviewed and then issue out compensation to eligible claimants.
The OmniScript Forms Specialist should be a certified OmniStudio Developer and/or Consultant and also have a breadth of knowledge / skills across the Salesforce platform having the ability to leverage SF Flows, build reports / dashboards, Business Rules Engine, and the ability to translate requirements into workable solution on the Salesforce platform.

- At least 2 years of experience on the SF platform
- Experience in OmniScript forms configuration
- Previous professional services or consulting experience
- Certified Salesforce Administrator
- OmniStudio Certified Consultant / Developer
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Existing DOJ clearance
- Salesforce PD1 certified
- Platform App builder certified
