Job Description

AWS is focused on helping partners grow their business by automating their co-selling with AWS - reducing cost and streamlining the co-sell process. As a member CRM Integration team you will be a key role in making this happen by being the primary point of contact for our partners supporting the integration of their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with the AWS Customer Engagement (ACE) system.

As the Technical Program Manager you will work closely with partners to guide them through the CRM Integration pre-sales process and early stages of the Integration project. You will also provide support and guidance to the AWS partner teams as these team work with their partners on the CRM Integration process.

You will have experience co-selling with AWS as a partner, an understanding of CRM systems (ideally one of the leading CRM systems - Salesforce, Hubspot, Dynamics), and familiarity with AWS services. You will also be good at working with varied teams (AWS and partner, technical and business).


Key job responsibilities
This role is primarily North America focused but, when required, will also support partners and AWS teams in EMEA, LATAM, Japan, and APAC. You will influence and collaborate with a wide variety of partner teams (sales, operations, alliance, technology) and AWS teams (partner programs, solution architects, partner management, sales, technology). You are passionate about leveraging automation to enhance the partner experience.

Key job responsibilities:
- work with partners to guide them through the CRM Integration pre-sales process and early stages of the Integration project.
- engage with the partner alliance lead to align the partners co-sell mechanism to the ACE process, share partner co-sell best practice and CRM operations management guidance.
- work with the partner technology development and CRM administrator leads on how the partner CRM is integrated through the Connector and required CRM field mapping.
- educate and support the partner team on the use of the CRM Integration Self-Service onboarding tool and field basic AWS Connector questions.
- provide pre-sales support and guidance to the AWS partner teams through the CRM Integration partner discussions
- provide feedback on improvements to the CRM Integration documentation and self-service onboarding tool
- undertake level1 troubleshooting for partner CRM Integration questions/issues.


About the team
The mission of the ACE CRM Integration team is to drive the automation of Partner CRM integration with ACE to enable partner sales teams to share and manage opportunities through their own CRM, reducing partner manual effort, removing duplication and improving data quality, and improving partner/AWS co-sell. We work closely with the AWS partner management teams and their partners to support the integration process and provide feedback and "voice of the customer" to the AWS engineering teams working on CRM Integration. Our aim is to leverage automation to reinvent the partner co-sell experience.

Basic Qualifications:

- 6+ years of relevant work experience in program management/operations in high-technology companies, ideally in cloud and/or enterprise software space
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, operations, technology, or relevant field of study
- Prior experience in a program management role managing deployments, designing reports, and reporting mechanisms
- Project management skills with experience gaining consensus and driving deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organization
- Experience with a leading CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, Dynamics)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products/services required; enterprise software experience preferred
- Experience working with large global partners and systems integrators to drive technology
- Strong MS Excel, Asana, and Salesforce skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $73,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $177,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
